Religious 2: A wave is coming
Updates at the bottom.
Eph 5:11:"…have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.”.
Amos 3:7 “…God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.”
Why this post?
To aggregate evidence of a religious wave that’s building.
Why this post?
As I continue my research into the next few posts, I wanted to allude to a wave.
A few writings into the future I’ll tie up this post to clarify its purpose but for now I want to point out the starting of a wave so that, whilst it builds into a crescendo, it will remain top of your mind.
For the last while, a small current has been making itself visible on various platforms:
Trump started to push the idea that there should come an end to religious persecution (a few years ago);
More recently he’s pushing to bring back religion to the USA;
Below is a video where he promoted Lee Greenwood’s ‘God Bless The USA’ Bible;
Madonna was fairly vocal about her spirituality after a recent health scare;
Richard Dawkins wrote the God Delusion but recently was clear on the point that he is a Christian Culturist and feels at home in the Christian ethos;
There was a bit of noise that Mel Gibson and Mark Wahlberg was starting a ‘non woke’ studio but Reuters was sure to dismiss that claim. Let’s see what they produce;
This year’s Master’s winner Scotty Scheffler’s Christian views is getting more air time (that’s a lot of ‘ in one sentence);
And this week, Russel Brandt came out and shared his baptism experience and on his show pointed out this same wave gathering momentum.
Below a few evidences, but as 2024 unfolds into 2025, please keep an eye out for this Christian wave that’s taking form. A few posts from now I’ll tie it back to the very reason for the existence of this stack.
Madonna being vocal about her spirituality:
Dawkins being a Christian Culturist but not a believer:
2024 Master’s winner:

whydoneit?
I address it in detail over here.

I was taken back!
Tucker Carlson interviewed John Rich about his song Revelation. In it, around minute 40, John talks about how many Christians have the tribulation all wrong which aligns with my article on the subject. We will be going through the chaos and not around it.
I have never heard a main stream channel discuss this.
